Dr. Bay hails from Istanbul, and she completed her dental doctorate at the Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry. After practicing in Turkey for several years, she came to the United States and pursued an advanced education program in prosthodontics through The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University.

Dr. Bay is devoted to pursuing continuing education at every opportunity in order to further elevate her clinical skills and provide top-tier care to patients in need. She has completed advanced training from some of the top organizations in the country, including the Pankey Institute and the Dawson Academy, and AAID Maxi-Course focusing on topics like implant dentistry, esthetic dentistry, TMJ/occlusion, and sleep apnea. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontists and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, which further cements her commitment to this specialty field and the prospect of helping patients rebuild capable, natural-looking teeth that last.

Dr. Bay is happily married with one daughter and a Belgian Malinois. Away from work, you can often find her dancing, doing various arts and crafts with her daughter, and dabbling in countless backyard projects. She also loves to travel!
